  1. Kia Ora, the best words that I can use to describe it would be: anxious, jealous, excited, silly, frustrated or embarrassed. Here are some ways to get out of the yellow zone, first breath in and out, get something to relieve your stress and telling someone how you feel.

  5. I think slow breathing will calm you down. You could feel anxious, you might also feel stressed and confused. To calm down think of happy places or you go outside and have a breath of fresh air. You can also have your own space and be by your self.

  12. The best way to get to the green zone and be happy is don't lose control or focus. I can describe the yellow zone like it is silly and you lose focus on learning, you could be very nervous and you do not know what to do so you need to find something to do, like go to a quiet place. This can calm you down.

  13. Kia Ora Everyone, I know 3 words to describe the yellow zone, first is when you are feeling silly, second is when you're confused, lastly it is when you're worried. The best way to get from the yellow zone back into the green zone is to breathe slowly and count to 20 backwards.

  16. Manogi here! I can describe the yellow zone as a weird zone, I mean it gets me thinking "What do I have to do ?" or "Am I going to get in trouble ?" things like that. I think the best way to get back in the green zone is maybe have a nap or or some quite yoga, this can help! Something that really calms me is I tell myself that's going to be okay.๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿคซ
    That's all I have today!

  17. I think that you should go for a little walk to a quiet place and just take a deep breath and relax, just when you think you are ready tell yourself you are ready then just go and start playing. If you stat to feel out of control then go and do something that you like, that entertains you and makes you relaxed and that is how you can get into the green zone.

  18. Assalamualay Kum Varahmatul lah (greetings in Arabic). My words to describe the yellow zone are, fear, anxiety, scared, a bit silly, panic, concerned, worried, perhaps a headache, misery, pain or a problem. If you want to get out of the yellow zone you need to calm down and breath slowly and deeply and you are focus on every breath. You can find 100's of tricks but the best is to calm, close your eyes and try to go for a sleep, this is the best to transfer in the green zone and avoid getting in the Red Zone.
    Have a good day,
    Asfan.
