Room 23 Vegetable Garden - Look at the beautiful Purple Cauliflowers from our garden.
Purple cauliflower can be chopped in to individual florets and eaten raw, or roasted and paired with additional flavours such as garlic or balsamic vinegar. The vibrant color is a nice visual counterpoint for green vegetables like green beans, peas or broccoli. Blend steamed cauliflower with beans for a unique spread for toast or crackers.

This is my first and ever time I have seen a purple cauliflower. First we planted it as a team and the when we were done, we had to leave it for 3 months and when we came back it just blew our minds out I could see our faces like we have not seen it before.
ReplyDeleteHi everyone, Asfan here. It was so fun and exciting when Ms.Tuipulotu told us about this I couldn't stop smiling because I have just seen it once before. Not just this by my Dad's research he told me that the purple cauliflower is so rare. It needs so much water to consume and also sunlight for it to disuse the water. I love normal cauliflowers but now I want to eat purple cauliflower. Blog you later, Asfan.
