This week we celebrate Chinese Language Week. Our visitor this week is David Tuipulotu. He introduced himself in the Chinese Language, spoke to us about his passion for learning the Chinese Language and Culture. David won many speech competitions and in 2012 studied at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
David read a story and sang two songs in the Chinese Language to us and our Buddy Class, Room 17.
Thank you, David.

What I really liked about Chinese language week was the Yangtze river history. I researched and found out that it was the third largest river in the world and who built was the first emperor in China Qin She Huang. We also had a non speaking Chinese, his name is David came to our class and talked to us about the Yangtze River, sang the Yangtze River song and read a story.

ReplyDeleteI very liked Chinese language week because I learned a lot from the Chinese history. I learned more from the ancient Great Wall of China and the terracotta warriors. It was even more fun with David coming to our class, he was a very good singer!
