Pink Shirt Day is this Friday. In Room 23 we think it is a great way to celebrate the diverse, wonderful people around us and take meaningful steps to prevent one-time meanness and bullying.

Here is our focus for the week:

Random acts of kindness. It’s cool to be kind! Room 23 is always thinking of ways to carry out random acts of kindness, especially during the week leading up to Pink Shirt Day. Read our comments below for some fantastic ideas.

Road Safety Week

 This week is Road Safety Week.

Welcome back everyone.

Part of our new learning this term will include:-

• Te Reo Maori Lessons - Beginning this Monday, Week 1 and every second Monday.

• Cultural Unity Day - Tuesday 18th May.
• Samoan Language Week - Week 5
• Teacher Only Day - Friday 4th June.
• School Production - Week 7
