Kia Ora, Three ways to get out of the blue zone is: Tell someone how you are feeling, Breath in and out a few times or do something you really like to do.

Kia Ora, My 3 ways of going to the green zone is: Do something you like to do, tell someone you trust and take some deep breathes.
ReplyDeleteKia Orana. If it was me in that situation, one of the things I would possibly do is take deep breathes and relax. I would also try to talk to myself and ask myself that why am I sitting here and why am I not playing with someone. I would also ask someone if I could play with him and most chances are he is not going to say no he could also help me to get transferred in the green Zone.
