17.5 mins is the answer because 3 km and each km is 5 mins so 3x5 is 15 and half a km is 2.5 mins and add that all together is 17.5 mins to finish 3.5 km.
17.50 mins because 5 mins =1 k.m 15 mins =3 k.m +half =+2.50=17.50 mins.
